Yes, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Yes, the hotel offers free luggage storage for hotel guests both before official check-in time and after check-out.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs and cats are allowed. A fee of €10.25 per pet per night applies.

No, but our staff will be happy to help you find suitable facilities nearby.
Does Hotel Royal offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. For business guests, a secure network is available; the password can be obtained at the reception.

No, but the reception will be happy to assist you with printouts.

The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and modern safety systems. Hotel staff are trained in fire safety and security procedures.

There is a shoe polishing machine on the 1st floor.

Is it possible to park one or more bicycles?

Are there accessible rooms at Hotel Royal?
Hotel Royal in Vienna offers partially barrier-free access (lobby), but does not have fully accessible rooms.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Some rates offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, depending on the room rate booked.
The exact cancellation conditions depend on the selected offer, so please be sure to check the booking details.
Which payment methods are accepted at the hotel?
Cash in euros and all common debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, China UnionPay and JCB.
Do we need to provide a deposit upon arrival?
A deposit of 30 euros per room is required upon arrival, either in cash or via credit card as a guarantee.
Are there special corporate or business rates?

A sofa bed is available for an additional charge of €70 per night and is only possible in the Superior category. All guests already included in the booking receive an extra bed free of charge.
What sustainable or regional values does Hotel Royal follow?
The hotel places great importance on regional and organic products, especially at breakfast.
Bed linen and towels are supplied by the company Salesianer. Their organic Fairtrade cotton is grown by small farmers on ecologically cultivated fields, free from genetically modified seeds and without the use of harmful pesticides.

The Superior or Deluxe room categories are ideal for families.

No, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

The reception will be happy to assist you with booking concert or sightseeing tickets as well as hop-on hop-off bus tickets.
Does Hotel Royal offer laundry service?
The hotel offers a laundry service for a fee via an external laundry service. Please contact the reception.

Irons and ironing boards are available upon request between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Please ask directly at the reception.
Can I get a toothbrush, razor, shoehorn, or sewing kit at the hotel?
Yes: toothbrushes, disposable razors, shoehorns, and sewing kits are available at the reception.
Are bathrobes available at the hotel?
As we do not have a pool or spa area, bathrobes are not automatically provided in the room. Upon request and subject to availability, we can provide a bathrobe.
Can I borrow an adapter at the hotel?
Yes, various adapters are available. Please ask at the reception.
Are slippers available at the hotel?
Yes, slippers are available in all rooms.

When is breakfast served at Hotel Royal?
Breakfast is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
How much does breakfast cost at Hotel Royal?
The breakfast buffet costs €26 per person per day. Breakfast is included in some rates.
Can friends or family who are not staying at the hotel also have breakfast at the hotel?
Depending on hotel occupancy, please ask at the reception.
What is included in breakfast and how is it offered?
The Hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with cold and warm dishes, including regional and organic products, coffee, tea and juices.
Are gluten-free baked goods, lactose-free or vegan milk products available?
Gluten-free pastries are available upon request from the service staff. A milk alternative (soy or oat) is available. For additional vegan products, please contact the hotel in advance.
Does the restaurants Settimo Cielo and Enoteca Firenze also offer vegetarian dishes?
There are several vegetarian dishes on the menu.
Do you offer vegan options for breakfast?

Is it possible to heat up my own food at the hotel?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to heat up brought-in food, with the exception of baby food.

Traditional Tuscan/Italian cuisine and a large selection of Chianti Classico wines. Authentic Italian atmosphere and a popular meeting place for both hotel guests and external visitors.

Rooftop Restaurant Settimo Cielo
Rooftop restaurant and bar on the 10th floor of the hotel with Mediterranean cuisine and spectacular views over Vienna.

We are happy to serve a 4-course dinner menu at Ristorante Firenze Enoteca for €40 per person.
