We have always been committed to delighting our guests and to use all our resources in a responsible and environmentally conscious manner. Thus, we are proud to contribute to a greener way of living — today and for generations to come.
Our contribution to a “greener” future
As a family-run business, we feel a special responsibility toward future generations. That’s why we are committed to the sustainable, mindful, and efficient use of resources such as food, energy, and more. This philosophy not only supports environmental protection but also ensures the long-term success of our company – and with it, the security of many jobs. In 2019, we began certifying our hotels with the Austrian and EU Ecolabels. Since 2024, all of our hotels proudly carry these certifications.

The Hotel Royal has been welcoming guests from all over the world for centuries and stands for Viennese hospitality and tradition. The Kremslehner family, who have been running the hotel in the heart of Vienna since 1931, continues this legacy. This long tradition of hospitality has been repeatedly honored over the centuries. Whether with the “Imperial Letter and Seal” in 1708 by Emperor Josef I or as the winner of “Austria’s Leading Companies” 2023 in Vienna and 3rd place Austria-wide in 2024.
